Helix Apparel - Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Helix Apparel gear. If it's not quite right, here's how we have got you:

Returns: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached. 

Exchanges: Need a different size? Send it back within 14 days and we will swap it out (subject to stock availability). 

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Faulty Items: If something's not right (faulty or damaged), hit us up ASAP so we can sort it out fast. 

How to start a return: Email us at hello@helixapparel.com.au with your order name, order details and reason for the return, and we will guide you through your next steps.
